I, Eric Herr, Chairman of the First District Republican Committee, do hereby issue a CALL for a regular meeting of the First District Committee on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at Williamsburg-Jamestown Airport Restaurant, ‎100 Marclay Road, Williamsburg, VA.  23185.

 

The purpose of the meeting is to elected Congressional Seat Representative to the Republican Party of Virginia State Central Committee and address other pertinent business.

The restaurant needs an accurate headcount and meal preferences. So, please RSVP by December 1st. 

 

Please RSVP with the following: are you coming? If so, any guests coming with you (family, other members of your unit) and everyone's meal choices. The choices are shown in the table below - salad dressings and how the meat should be done. 

 

Easiest may be to copy the table into your reply and indicate with numbers how many of your party want what choices.
